Many bloggers are under arrested.
Why???
Every country has similar cases when the bloggers are arrested. For example: Sony Corporation sued one Indonesian’s blogger named Sony Arianto Kurniawan because he used his own name as the domain of his blog which is sony-ak.com and unfortunately his name same with one of the biggest electronic company, Sony corporation. The content of this blog is only about knowledge from him but Sony AK has to give the domain Sony-ak.com to Sony Corporation (dakdem.com).
Is that wrong to use our own name as the domain of the blog? Then why did he get arrested? I think he is not guilty as long as he did not write something bad about Sony products.
The other case is from Seoul, the name is Park or known as Minerva has gotten busted because of his blog’s content. He wrote about the economic and gave many negative critics about what the government done. Some of those are really happen so many people believe that he is really professional. However, he has under arrested because he wrote that the government ask financial institution and big company to buy USD and they accused him of spreading the wrong information to people (udinkardus.multiply.com).
Many attorney of Democratic Society badgered until Park is being realized and they ask the investigators to stop their investigation. They feel the government is not fair because they penalized a person who want give an opinion and discuss it in internet. However, if Park is proven guilty, he will in jail for 5 years or fined by $US 37,000.
